Booking Information

There are three ways you can book tickets – onlineby telephone or in person at the theatre box office.

Online Booking

Tickets can be booked online on the Phoenix Theatre website – just select your show and follow the links to confirm and pay for your booking. You can even choose your own seats. Please ensure that the personal information you record is correct, as this helps us to contact you in the event of a problem. Once you have successfully made your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please note that the system will not allow you to make a booking which leaves a single seat unoccupied. If you try to do this, you will get an alert message. You will, therefore, need to select seats elsewhere.

Please also note that you cannot book wheelchair spaces online. If you do require a wheelchair space, you will need to contact the box office on 01670 367228.

An administrative fee of £1.50 per ticket is added to all online bookings

Telephone and In Person Bookings

Our Box Office is open on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 10am to 12.30pm. It will also be open during every show performance, but please avoid ringing during busy periods i.e. 45 minutes before the show start. We are not open on bank holidays, unless we there is a show on.

You can either ring the box office or attend in person to make a booking. We accept all major debit/credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Electron. You can also pay in cash. Cheques are accepted in special circumstances e.g. for large bookings, but please ensure these are endorsed on the reverse of the cheque.

How to Get Your Tickets

There are three ways to collect tickets – print at homepostage and collect from box office – all of which can be arranged online, by telephone or in person.

Print at home – this option can only be used if you have a correct email address on the system. You can select this option either by ticking the box, if you book online, or inform the box office when you book. You will receive an email with a link to your ‘print at home’ tickets.

Postage – there is a £1.50 charge if you select the postage option. Tickets will be sent by second class. This is not a recommended option for shows that are less than 7 days away from purchase, as we cannot guarantee arrival in time for the show.

Collect from box office – tickets can be collected during box office hours at any time after purchase. They will also be available for collection on the evening/afternoon of the show.

When booking tickets online a Booking Fee is charged per transaction. This is to cover the costs of processing the online booking. There are no charges when booking in person with the Box Office.

Refunds

Tickets are not refundable unless a performance is cancelled.
